Stacey Pellett is the Manager of State Public Affairs, with responsibility for John Deere’s business interests in the Midwest region. Stacey focuses on developing strong relationships with elected officials in the State House, Senate, and Executive Branch as well as with key industry association partners. She works alongside these stakeholders to support Deere’s Agriculture, Construction, Forestry, Financial and Mining business units. Furthermore, she is a strong advocate and champion on behalf of John Deere dealers and customers.

Stacey joined Deere and Company in 1999 in the former Dallas branch. She has held a variety of positions including Territory Aftermarket Manager, Instructor, Training Manager, Customer Support Planning Leader and most recently, Manager of Customer and Customer Experience. In this role, she was responsible for creating and managing the leadership development program called Through Their Eyes where employees spend a year immersed in working alongside our dealers and customers.

Stacey and her husband Mike also oversee and are actively involved in the operation of a large 5th generation family farm in Atlantic, Iowa where they produce corn and soybeans. She grew up in Texas, obtaining a Bachelor’s Degree from Texas A&M University in Agribusiness and an MBA from Texas Tech University in International Business. She and her husband have two children who will hopefully someday become the 6th generation of Pelletts to farm in Southwest Iowa. In her spare time, she is active in her church, enjoys cooking, reading, fitness and cheering their children on in their various endeavors.
