Suresh Seshadri has worked and lived in Nebraska for past 20 years and is originally from Chennai, India. He has bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and MBA in Accounting & Information Tech. Suresh has 20+ years of senior leadership experience with Consumer Goods, Commodities Trading, Food & Feed Ingredients Processing, Ag and Food Process Engineering industries’ engineering organizations in USA and Asia. Leveraging strategic people-oriented leadership skills, Suresh has delivered digital transformations including digital products (Roger), global supply chain capability enhancement solutions, multiple cloud platforms, analytical intelligence, and mobility app platforms to create competitive advantage for organizations he was associated with. He has also assisted Corporates in setting up new business ventures like seed processing, irrigation systems, power generation, fertilizer production and capital equipment manufacturing in Asia and Africa markets.
Suresh’s extensive technical (CIO, Chief Architect) and financial (CFO) and corporate strategic planning (Sr. Manager) leadership background has allowed him to enhance value of business operations with innovation and long-term focus. Suresh’s deep talent management expertise across multiple cultures helps him in building inclusive and high performing teams.
He serves on various committees with not-for-profit organizations like Hindu Temple of Omaha and India Association of Nebraska besides volunteering with Stephen Center Omaha supporting its initiatives with homeless and low-income individuals.
