Iowa Food Leadership Reception

As an official World Food Prize side event, Iowa’s Cultivation Corridor has partnered with the Ames Chamber of Commerce, Greater Des Moines Partnership, Iowa Economic Development Authority and Iowa State University to host the Iowa Food Leadership Reception. This invitation-only event will include some of Iowa’s most important leaders in food and agriculture.
The reception will start with hors d’oeuvres and drinks followed by the first speaker, Governor Branstad at 8PM, then Lt. Governor Kim Reynolds. Iowa State University’s contributions to Iowa’s leading role in the agriculture industry will be highlighted by ISU President Steven Leath, and ISU College of Agriculture Dean Wendy Wintersteen, who will introduce a panel of ISU Researchers and deliver keynote remarks.
