Cultivate 360 is a new, statewide industry education and professional development program designed for established professionals to deepen their understanding of Iowa’s food and agriculture sector, polish leadership skills and expand professional networks.
The program is hosted by America’s Cultivation Corridor and made possible with support from Corridor investors and sponsor organizations.
Program highlights
A cohort of 40-50 industry professionals will be selected for the annual program. Professionals will participate in four day-long sessions held at strategic locations across Iowa. Cohort members will:
- Polish leadership and communications skills to drive personal and professional success
- Take a deep dive into the economics and trends driving the industry
- Experience the new technologies and innovations shaping the future through tours and panel discussions with researchers, founders and entrepreneurs
- Network with cohort members, industry leaders and local professionals at each event
Who should apply?
The program is designed for professionals in the ag and food industries working in Iowa with at least 10 years of experience. The Cultivate 360 program will provide a comprehensive, full circle picture of our state’s food and ag sector and deepen professionals’ knowledge of the industry and ecosystem.
Priority deadline for applications is March 4. Applicants will be notified of acceptance beginning on March 25. There is a $400 participation fee if selected, not including travel costs.
